Aamir Khan is going to be the latest guest on Kapil Sharma’s show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. The same will be streaming on Netflix this Saturday. In the promo shared by the makers, the viewers can see Aamir united with Kapil for the first time on the show. The promo sees their jugalbandi and that very thing is sure to keep you excited for what’s coming.

The jugalbandi

The promo sees Kapil requesting Aamir to say a few lines to bring followers to the show. But Aamir being Aamir, he says he does not do that. However, while saying so, he also speaks the exact things wanted out of him (which he refused to talk about). Kapil being Kapil, he took the shot and wrapped it up. The two promise to be a chaotic duo, at least through the promo.

The Great Indian Kapil Show

Various guests have already graced The Great Indian Kapil Show. It commenced with Ranbir Kapoor and his family aka mother Neetu Singh and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Vicky Kaushal and his actor brother Sunny Kaushal were the latest guests on the Netflix show.

Aamir, on the work front

Aamir took a hiatus from acting since Laal Singh Chaddha release in 2022. He will next be seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which is an RS Prasanna directorial. The movie will see Genelia D’Souza as the female lead (also marking her comeback to acting) and Darsheel Safary of Taare Zameen Par fame. The movie, a sequel to Taare Zameen Par which spoke about dyslexia, will address Down Syndrome. However, Aamir promises that while Taare Zameen Par made people cry, Sitaare Zameen Par will make them laugh as much.

Apart from Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir is associated with Lahore 1947, which is a Rajkumar Santoshi directorial and will see Sunny Deol as the lead, or one of the leads (not yet confirmed). The movie is expected to also star Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, Vicky Kaushal and Mithun Chakraborty.
