Aamir Khan Hints at Exit from Films After Mahabharat
6 months ago | 5 Views
Following the failure of Laal Singh Chaddha, Bollywood celebrity Aamir Khan is prepared to return to the big screen with Sitaare Zameen Par. Aamir stated in a recent interview with Raj Shamani for his podcast that Mahabharat, his dream project, might be his final picture.
The Mahabharat could be Aamir Khan's final movie, he claims.
Aamir replied, "It's my dream to make Mahabharat, and I will begin working on it following the premiere of Sitaare Zameen Par on June 20," when questioned about the subject of his previous movie. I have a sense that after completing that one job, I may have the impression that there is nothing else I can accomplish. Due to the nature of the material, which is layered, emotional, massive in scope, and magnificent, Mahabharat includes every element of the world.
"Well, I hope I die with my shoes on," he continued. Like AK Hangal used to say, "I want to die while working," and that's what we all want. However, if you're asking me, the only thing I can think of is that maybe after the Mahabharat, I had the feeling that I didn't need to do anything else. Perhaps, I'm not sure" (However, if you're asking, the only thing that comes to mind is that perhaps I'm experiencing a feeling after doing Mahabharat that I don't want to do anything else). (Perhaps, I'm not sure).

Aamir Khan on the Mahabharata
In an earlier interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Aamir discussed creating his dream project, the Mahabharat, and stated, "You can't tell the Mahabharat in one film." Therefore, I am examining a number of movies, and if we have to schedule it in a specific timeline, we may need numerous directors. It will take a very long time if we do it one at a time. As with Lord of the Rings, where they filmed all three sections at once. Something along those lines?
Regarding Sitaare Zameen Par
Aamir's popular film Taare Zameen Par is followed by its spiritual sequel, Sitaare Zameen Par. In the movie, the superstar portrays a basketball coach alongside ten other first-time actors and Genelia D'Souza. The sports drama, which is scheduled for a June 20 release, is directed by R. S. Prasanna and produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit.
