The prejudice that Bollywood fans have toward the Khans has at last been addressed by Aamir Khan. Although the Ghajini star acknowledges that he, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan have produced some of the biggest blockbusters, he also points out that they are not the only actors from the 1980s and 1990s who have done so. He was quick to point out that other stars like Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and even Hrithik Roshan have shared the same journey with them and are equally deserving of acclaim.

In a recent podcast, the actor stated, "I feel bad that Ajay Devgn has been at the same level as us for so many years, that Akshay Kumar has been at the same level for so many years, that Hrithik has been at the same level for so many years." Aamir observed that while all the performers have produced successful performances throughout the years, the Khans are discussed less frequently.

Along with this, the actor discussed rivalry and envy, especially among the Khans. The actor stated that since he is the kind of person who cannot flourish on negativity, he instead gets his inspiration from the work that other actors do.

The actor responded to a question about the ongoing success of SRK's picture Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) in cinemas by saying that he enjoys watching it just as much as anyone else in the theater. But he was quick to point out that peer pressure alone wasn't enough to make him want to make a love picture. The actor responded, "Am I even competing with that?" and said that he has always competed against himself.

With Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan is about to make his return to Bollywood. The actor has stated that his film will be released in theaters and will be available to moviegoers on June 20.
