The Indian branch of the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, VinFast Auto India, has revealed a strategic partnership with the automobile service provider myTVS. Through this partnership, VinFast electric car owners will have access to myTVS's charging infrastructure and after-sale care services. This is a component of the automaker's plan to improve its after-sales service network in preparation for the upcoming introduction of its electric vehicles, the VF6 and VF7, in India.

VinFast has stated in an official release that it intends to increase its aftersales activities throughout India by opening 120 Extended Service Workshops in collaboration with possible service providers. My connection with myTVS is a component of that plan. In addition to the vehicle manufacturer's own dealership and service network, these extended service workshops will also provide charging infrastructure support and after-sales care to VinFast EV owners.

According to the OEM, this approach will not only help the firm expand in the Indian electric vehicle market, but it will also provide its clients with easy access to maintenance and support services. The carmaker stated that myTVS will guarantee complete service coverage for VinFast customers throughout India as a result of this strategic partnership. "The association focuses on delivering exceptional service quality through workshops equipped with genuine parts, advanced diagnostic and repair equipment, and highly trained technical personnel," it further said.
