VinFast Collaborates with Global Assure to Boost Customer Support and Roadside Services in India

In order to improve its customer care network in India, the Vietnamese automobile manufacturer VinFast has declared a partnership with Global Assure. VinFast car owners will receive complete support from Global Assure, which will include nationwide roadside assistance, 24/7 online customer service with a specialized call center, mobile charging solutions, and mobile service operations for basic repairs and breakdowns.

VinFast's After-Sales Support in India

According to VinFast, Global Assure is one of the most reputable service providers in the Indian automotive industry, and the partnership guarantees a smooth after-sales service experience for car owners. Later this year, the carmaker will launch the VinFast VF7 and VF6 electric SUVs in India. Deliveries are expected to start in September this year, while bookings are expected to start in July.

VinFast's Plans for India

VinFast is prepared to penetrate the Indian market later this year. Beginning in July, the firm will start taking orders for the VF7 and VF6 electric SUVs. The vehicles will be locally assembled at the automaker's soon facility in Tamil Nadu, which will initially be able to produce 50,000 units. The VF7 and VF6 will both enter extremely competitive markets, with the former competing with the Mahindra XEV 9e and the BYD Atto 3, and the latter competing with the Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV, and Hyundai Creta Electric. In the weeks ahead, VinFast is anticipated to reveal its pricing, sales, and distribution plan.
