The cost of the Vida VX2 is one of its primary USPs. The upfront expense of the electric scooter is greatly decreased by the BaaS. The Vida VX2 Go is priced at ₹44,990 (ex-showroom) under the BaaS scheme with the PM E-Drive subsidy and an introductory offer, while the VX2 Plus costs ₹54,990 (ex-showroom). The Vida VX2 is offered at a price that is aggressively low, even in the absence of the BaaS system.

The Vida VX2's design is straightforward and devoid of frills. The VX2's design inspiration is clearly Vida V2. There are, though, a few notable design aspects. A digital instrument cluster, an LED lighting package, ergonomically placed switches, and other elegant design features are included.

Vida has prioritized practicality when designing the VX2. The VX2 includes several useful design features, such as a roomy frunk, a large footboard with plenty of leg and knee room, a wide and comfortable seat, up to 33.2 liters of underseat storage capacity, and a thick grab rail with a cushioned backrest for the pillion's comfort.

The Vida VX2, which is built on the same platform as the Vida V2, has the option of having up to two removable battery packs. The VX2 Plus has two battery packs with a total capacity of 3.4 kWh, while the VX2 Go has just one 2.2 kWh detachable battery. These batteries can be taken out and charged anywhere, or they may be charged right in the scooter, making it more convenient for the user. The VX2 includes a 580-watt charger with a three-pin 5A connector. According to Vida, the EV charges at about the same rate as a 650-watt charger. It takes 5.39 hours to charge the EV from 0 to 100 percent. Additionally, it has quick charging capability.

The Vida VX2 has a variety of riding modes, including Eco, Ride, Sport, and Boost. Although these riding modes are designed for family scooters, they provide an enjoyable ride. On a single charge, the VX2 promises a range of up to 142 km. According to Vida, the scooter's real-world range in Eco mode is up to 100 km, while in Ride and Sports modes, the ranges are up to 75 km and 60 km. The VX2 shares the same electric motor and features as the Vida V2. The VX2's swingarm-mounted PMSM electric motor produces the same 6 kW peak and 3.9 kW continuous power as the Vida V2. Additionally, it generates the same 25 Nm of maximum torque. The VX2 Plus has a maximum speed of 80 km/h, while the VX2 Go can reach a top speed of 70 km/h. The speed is limited to 70 km/h in Ride mode and 45 km/h in Eco mode.

There are a few areas where the Vida VX2 might benefit from improvement, even if its package is complete. We discovered during our analysis that the wing mirrors' adjustability is problematic. Without a center stand, any commuter electric scooter is undoubtedly missing a crucial element.
