For 2025, the price of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor has increased once more. Across models, the business has raised the price of the subcompact SUV by ₹2,500. The cost of the Urban Cruiser Taisor has increased, starting at ₹7.77 lakh and ending at ₹12.91 lakh, ex-showroom.
The SUV was previously priced between ₹7.74 lakh and ₹12.88 lakh, ex-showroom. The Taisor is based on the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, which, ex-showroom, costs between ₹7.55 lakh and ₹14.81 lakh.
The Urban Cruiser Taisor is built upon the Maruti Suzuki Fronx and offers two engine choices. The vehicle has a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.2-liter petrol engine. The 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine can also be combined with CNG.
In gasoline-only mode, the 1.2-liter petrol engine produces a maximum torque of 113 Nm and a peak power of 88.5 bhp, while in CNG mode, it generates a torque of 98.5 Nm and a power of 76.44 bhp. The 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine produces 98.6 horsepower and 147.6 Nm of torque. The crossover offers six-speed automatic, five-speed AMT, and five-speed manual transmission options.

Design of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor
The Urban Cruiser Taisor has the same proportions as the Fronx in terms of design, but it has a new front for a unique new appearance. The coupe-styled subcompact SUV has a new and more daring honeycomb mesh grille with a gloss black finish and two new LED daytime running lights with the Toyota logo in the middle.
The car has redesigned alloy wheels, as well as modified LED taillights that are linked by a light bar on the boot. The raked back windscreen, which gives the Taisor its elegant look, is kept.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor: features and interior
Except for the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a twin-pod instrument panel with a MID unit in the middle, the cabin is still quite similar to the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. With the exception of a few other aspects, the cabin has received a new two-tone treatment.
The Taisor is equipped with an automatic climate control system, connected car technology, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a 360-degree camera, head-up display, cruise control, automatic LED headlamps with DRLs, and other features. The subcompact model also has rear air conditioning vents, a six-speaker sound system, and a push-button start/stop.
