Tata Curvv EV and Nexon EV 45 kWh Models Now Come with Lifetime Battery Warranty

The Curvv EV and Nexon EV 45 kWh models in Tata Motors' range are now covered by the company's lifetime high-voltage (HV) battery guarantee. On the brand-new Tata Harrier EV, the manufacturer launched the lifetime battery guarantee, and the most recent update will also reassure buyers of the Curvv EV and Nexon EV. According to the manufacturer, the Harrier EV's lifetime battery guarantee has been well-received.
Tata Curvv EV Battery Pack
The TataCurvv EV is available with two battery pack options: 45 kWh and 55 kWh. The former claims a range of 430 km (MIDC) on a single charge, while the latter claims 502 km (MIDC) on a full charge. The actual-world range projections for Tata are 330–350 (45 kWh) and 400–425 (55 kWh) for the C75.
First-time purchasers of the electric SUVs, as well as those who already own them (first registered buyers), will be covered by the battery warranty.
The Tata Nexon EV 45 kWh Battery Packs
The 30 kWh and 45 kWh battery packs are currently offered with the Tata Nexon EV. The latter is covered by the lifetime warranty. With the automaker's predicted real-world range (C75) promising 350–375 km, the 45 kWh model has a range of 489 km (MIDC) on a single charge. The Nexon EV 30 kWh model, on the other hand, has an 8-year/160,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) and a range of 275 km (as per MIDC), with a real-world range (C75) between 210-230 km. The Advantages of Tata's Lifetime Battery Warranty
The lifetime battery warranty covers all private customers of the Nexon EV 45 kWh and Curvv EV for the duration of the vehicle's life, which is fifteen years. The battery warranty will cover both current owners (first registered buyers) of the electric SUVs and first-time purchasers.
According to Tata, the action will also help raise the resale value of EVs while guaranteeing substantial savings in operating expenses, which are predicted to be between ₹8 and 9 lakh over the next ten years.
