In India's passenger vehicle market, the Renault Triber is one of the French automaker's most important models. The MPV is one of the most priced cars in its sector, which includes the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, the Kia Carens, and the Toyota Rumion. The Renault Triber is currently getting ready for a much overdue mid-life makeover. Since the MPV's introduction in 2019, this will be the most important change. The Triber's low price is one of its main selling points. Even with the facelifted model, which is anticipated to be released later this year, Renault will likely stick with that plan.

Prior sightings of the Renault Triber facelift prototype have been made on the road. In Chennai, another test mule of the future modified version of the MPV has been seen once more, giving us some insight into the modifications. The redesigned Renault Triber will have more rounded design components, and the arrangement of the headlamp assembly will be changed. The headlamps will include a novel eyebrow-shaped LED daytime running light (DRL). The front grille undergoes a significant transformation. The front bumper will likely also undergo a few alterations. The wheel design and rear profile are anticipated to be modified, among other things. It is anticipated that there will be an LED strip joining the taillights.

Although the test mule's inside was not visible, expect the cabin to have a few significant modifications, such a redesigned dashboard and center console. The seven-seater layout of the Renault Triber facelift would remain the same. There might also be some extra features that give the MPV more zip.

On the powertrain side, the Triber is unlikely to be updated, despite the anticipated increase in its attractiveness due to the outside and inside modifications. If so, the facelifted Renault Triber will retain the 1.0-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine, which produces 71 horsepower and 96 Nm of maximum torque. In the facelifted model, the gasoline-CNG bi-fuel version of the MPV, which was introduced earlier this year, will be maintained. The transmission options are a five-speed manual gearbox and a five-speed AMT unit, which would also be kept.
