Yamaha Motor in India has unveiled a limited-time promotion for its RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid scooter lineup. To commemorate its 70th anniversary worldwide, the business is providing a discount of up to ₹10,000 (on-road) and a free 10-year extended warranty plan. The scooter's Street Rally and standard versions will both be eligible for the promotion.

The ex-showroom price is ₹7,000 less than the cost advantage, which translates to a total on-road savings of up to ₹10,000, depending on the model and location. As part of the limited promotion offer, the former showroom rates for the Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid models have been revised. The Disc variant of the base drum currently costs ₹86,430, while the base drum variant costs ₹79,340. The top-of-the-line RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid Street Rally, which has disc brakes, costs ₹92,970.

The RayZR now has a 10-year "Total Warranty" that covers important parts like the engine, fuel injection system, and electronics, in addition to the price reduction. The warranty consists of a two-year standard guarantee and an eight-year extended coverage. The warranty is transferable to future owners and is valid for up to 1,00,000 kilometers.

Yamaha RayZR: Features and Specifications

The 125cc air-cooled, fuel-injected single-cylinder engine of the Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid produces 8.2 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 10.3 Nm torque at 5,000 rpm. It has a Hybrid Power Assist system that uses a Smart Motor Generator (SMG) to provide extra torque at the beginning for quieter start-up and improved efficiency.

The front telescopic fork and rear unit swing handle the suspension duties, while the braking system consists of either drum or disc at the front, depending on the model, and rear drum brake. The scooter runs on 12-inch front and 10-inch rear tubeless tires.

A fully digital instrument panel, a side stand engine cut-off switch for safety, and an automated stop-start system for enhanced fuel efficiency are some of its outstanding features. Y-Connect Bluetooth connection is an option on certain models, allowing you to pair your smartphone for features such as parking location reminders, fuel consumption tracking, maintenance updates, and call alerts.
