Motozen, a third-party supplier, is responsible for developing, producing, and ensuring the quality of the Magnite's CNG kit. It is placed in government-approved fitment centers and has a 12 kg single-cylinder arrangement. Even with the retrofitment, Nissan still provides its regular three-year or 1 lakh km warranty on the vehicle, while Motozen continues to cover the CNG kit components under its warranty.

Even though it is a less expensive choice, the Magnite CNG still has a fully functional interior. It comes with automatic climate control, USB Type-C connections, a push-button start/stop, a 7-inch all-digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It has a high-speed alert system, ISOFIX child seat anchors, hydraulic brake assist, tire pressure monitoring system, hill start assist, traction control, electronic stability control, vehicle dynamic control, and six airbags as standard on the safety front, as well as ABS with EBD.

The CNG model's official performance data has not yet been made public by Nissan. The CNG model costs ₹6.89 lakh, while the base gasoline model costs ₹6.14 lakh. This makes it one of the most inexpensive CNG-equipped SUVs in India, particularly when compared to competitors with factory-fitted kits.
