New-Gen Mahindra Bolero Neo Spotted Testing Before Launch

5 months ago | 5 Views

The next-generation model of the Bolero Neo is expected to be released on August 15, and Mahindra is getting ready to introduce a significant upgrade for it. Recent spy pictures of a disguised test car have given us a clearer picture of what to expect, and it entails more than just minor modifications.

The spy pictures suggest that the new Bolero will have a boxy appearance. Vertical taillights are in the back, while circular headlights are in the front. It's important to note that these lights are not designed for manufacturing. Furthermore, the spy photographs suggest that the tailgate has a full-size spare tire mounted on it. The addition of flush door handles is another thing to note.

The SUV's front end is distinguished by a grille with vertical slats, which conspicuously places the Mahindra logo in the middle. With its flat sides and squared-off wheel arches, the new SUV's side profile is similar to that of the Land Rover Defender. There are also alloy wheels available on the sides. The spotter identified a few of the factors that will make it simpler for individuals to ascend the roof. The test vehicle was seen pursuing a Thar Roxx, which is intriguing because the measurements are very similar.

The car is expected to have cruise control, automatic temperature control, USB ports for charging mobile devices, and a touchscreen infotainment system that works with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Cruise control, traction control, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake distribution, stability control, and six airbags are some of the safety features that are anticipated.

The New Flexible Architecture Platform by Mahindra

The newest NFA, or New Flexible Architecture platform, from Mahindra has a new monocoque chassis that is intended to reduce weight and improve compatibility with hybrid and electric powertrains.

The New Flexible Architecture will be used by the business to create 1.2 million models. These automobiles will be produced at Mahindra's Chakan factory. In order to adhere to the CAFE 3 regulations that will go into effect in 2027, Mahindra will provide a variety of powertrain options.
