The next significant electric vehicle in the Indian passenger car market is the MG M9. Additionally, it has a 12.23-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a 7.0-inch fully digital driver's display, digital IRVM, a cabin air filter, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, a 13-speaker JBL sound system, leather and suede upholstery, power front and back seats with heating, massage, ventilation, connected car technology, and more. It also includes Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) functionality.

Safety features of the MG M9

The MG M9 has a lot of safety features. It includes a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an electronic stability program (ESP), front and rear disc brakes, seven airbags, a 360-degree surround view camera, a Level 2 ADAS package, and other features.

Strong powertrain for the MG M9

The MG M9 EV is powered by a 90 kWh lithium-ion battery that claims to have a range of 500 km on a single charge. The front axle motor generates 241 horsepower at its peak and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. The maximum speed of the M9 is 180 kmph. Using an 11 kW charger, it takes around 8.5 hours for the battery to charge completely from 5% to 100%. Additionally, it offers DC rapid charging, which can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.
