Due to the quick changes occurring in the vehicle industry, it can be difficult to stay up with all the latest trends. Our goal at HT Auto is to provide the most relevant and current information as it becomes available. The major events of Thursday, July 3 are described in the synopsis below.

Toyota initiates service drive

To help clients get their cars ready for the monsoon season, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced its "Awesome Toyota Service Campaign" at all approved Toyota dealerships in South India, offering a range of enticing incentives. Throughout July, this campaign will be ongoing. Included is a free 20-Point Vehicle Check-up that covers important diagnostics for tire and battery health in order to prevent possible failures.

Customers can save a lot of money on regular maintenance and services made specifically for the monsoon season by taking advantage of a discount of up to 10% on labor costs.

The specialized T Gloss Monsoon Care Package, which includes interior cleaning, windshield polishing, headlamp restoration, and odor neutralization, is now offered at a 10% discount. This package is ideal for maintaining cleanliness and visibility in wet weather. Furthermore, there are unique deals on tires and batteries, as well as exclusive discounts that ensure dependability and increased safety.

Resumed reservations for the Royal Enfield Scram 440

Following a brief suspension of sales a few months prior, Royal Enfield has reopened orders for the new Scram 440 in India. The Royal Enfield Scram 440, which debuted in January of this year, is the model that replaced the Scram 411. The manufacturer stopped selling this model for a while despite several improvements over its predecessor, such as a larger and more potent engine, due to a variety of issues with the motorcycle.

The issue was related to a malfunctioning engine part on the Royal Enfield Scram 440. The "Woodruff key" is the name of this part. It is located inside the magneto assembly and needs to be replaced. It joins the rotating components to the shafts. Due to this problem, the motorcycle would not start after it stalled while out riding. Some of the first bikes that were sent to consumers had this issue. As a result, Royal Enfield chose to halt sales until the problem could be resolved, even though deliveries were still in the beginning phase.

The Aprilia SR 175 will be released shortly

Although Aprilia has mostly concentrated on its Indian-made motorcycle range, the company is getting ready to release a new version of its sporty scooter in the Indian market very soon. With the model already starting to arrive at dealerships, the new Aprilia SR 175 scooter from the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer will be unveiled later this month. The SR 175 is intended to replace the current SR 160 and is expected to have more features and a bigger, more powerful engine.

With the exception of the updated graphics and color selections, the soon-to-be-released Aprilia SR 175 is very similar to the SR 160. The new color scheme seems to take cues from the Tuono 457 and RS 457 models in the brand's lineup. With its V-shaped headlamp, sharply designed front apron, and angular side panel lines, the overall design appears to remain mostly unchanged. The model will retain its 14-inch wheels and its exposed engine and rear suspension, both of which add to its athletic appeal.
