Since its introduction, the Apache RTR 310 has been characterized by its 312.12 cc single-cylinder, reverse-inclined engine, which is still used in the 2025 model. The performance is regulated via five riding modes: Sport, Track, SuperMoto, Urban, and Rain. The power output remains constant at 35.6 PS at 9,700 rpm and 28.7 Nm of torque at 6,650 rpm.

The engine now complies with OBD2B standards and supports real-time emission monitoring, enhancing responsiveness and environmental compliance, even if the hardware hasn't changed. The chassis configuration, which has adjustable suspension and a hybrid trellis frame, is likewise recognizable.

The upgrade heavily emphasizes improving the bike's electronics package. On higher-spec models, TVS has included cutting-edge features like cornering ABS, launch control, and a keyless ride mechanism. Additionally, there is cornering drag torque control and drag torque control, which are features usually seen on higher priced motorcycles. The majority of models still include rear wheel lift protection, traction control, and cruise control as standard features, while the top-of-the-line trims have the bi-directional quick-shifter. In particular, the inclusion of these features in a motorcycle priced under ₹3 lakh enhances its appeal in a crowded sector.

The redesigned 5-inch TFT cluster is another noteworthy addition. The display, which is now in its second generation, has a redesigned interface that supports several languages. The screen is still linked and customizable, providing ride data, navigation, and smartphone integration. The increasing emphasis on an intuitive user interface reflects the larger industry trend toward enhanced digital personalization and connection.

The Apache RTR 310 is still available with TVS's Built-To-Order (BTO) platform, which lets customers choose between various performance kits. The Dynamic Kit introduces a tire pressure monitoring system, a brass-coated drive chain, and adjustable front and rear suspension. The Dynamic Pro Kit, which offers the most technology, includes features like keyless ignition, slope-dependent control, and cornering cruise control. With these factory-installed improvements, riders can customize the bike to meet their unique requirements without making aftermarket compromises.

The 2025 Apache RTR 310 has few aesthetic modifications. In addition to the current Sepang Blue choice, TVS has added three new colorways—Fiery Red, Fury Yellow, and Arsenal Black—as well as new fuel tank graphics. The transparent clutch cover gives a distinctive touch, while the standard knuckle guards and revised sequential turn signals contribute to a somewhat more aggressive look. The overall style continues to embrace the streetfighter aesthetic without deviating too much from the previous model's appearance.
