Design
The XL750 Transalp has a dual-purpose design that combines off-road toughness with city sharpness. Its dual LED projector headlamps and aerodynamic visor are directly influenced by Honda's top Africa Twin. With its tall posture and spoke wheels (21 inches in front and 18 inches in back), it has the appearance and performance of a genuine adventure tourer. It is available in two colors: Graphite Black and Ross White.
Properties
A 5-inch full-color TFT display with better sunlight readability due to optical bonding is located in the center of the cockpit. It has Honda RoadSync connectivity, which lets riders control their navigation, phone calls, messages, and music using a four-way toggle switch. Other features that enhance usability in low-light situations are backlit switchgear, an emergency stop signal, and automatic turn signal cancellation.
Specifications
The Transalp is powered by a 755cc parallel-twin engine that generates 90.5 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 75 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The engine, which is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, uses Throttle-by-Wire (TBW) technology to provide accurate throttle control on different surfaces.
Rider assistance
There are five riding modes on the bike: Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel, and User. Each mode modifies ABS sensitivity, traction control (HSTC), engine braking, and power delivery. These settings enable riders to customize the bike's performance for various settings, such as trail riding or city commuting.
Hardware
The XL750 Transalp features Showa 43mm USD front forks and a Pro-Link rear monoshock, both of which have been customized for better damping on uneven surfaces. For reliable stopping in different situations, the bike is equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard, as well as dual 310mm front discs and a 256mm rear disc.
