Television mogul Ekta Kapoor has successfully established a franchise of supernatural shows with Naagin. To date, six seasons of this series have aired. Actress Tejasswi Prakash portrayed the lead character in Naagin 6, while Priyanka Chahar Choudhary was rumoured to take the lead in the seventh season. However, these rumours have been proven unfounded. Ektaa has now officially announced the production of Naagin 7, revealing her intention to create the most formidable Naagin yet.

Ektaa Kapoor announces Naagin 7

Ektaa Kapoor recently utilized her official Instagram account to unveil the next chapter of Naagin. The seventh season is set to be produced soon, although the lead actress has yet to be confirmed. In a newly released video, the producer discusses the forthcoming season of her acclaimed show.

The video further showcases Kapoor discussing her ambition to develop the most formidable Naagin. In a conversation with her office team regarding Naagin 7, the producer stated, "It is time to create sarva sarva, very very shresth, super shresth, Naagin." She also finalized the slogan for Naagin 7, declaring, "Sarva, super shresth, param shresth, aadi, super aadi, Naagin."

During this dialogue, Ektaa elaborated on her motivation for crafting a powerful Naagin in the seventh season. "I am endeavouring to create this character because I have already explored every type of super shresth, aadi patient, and various kinds of Naagins," she explained.

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary denies doing Naagin 7

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has refuted the rumours regarding her involvement in Naagin 7. In a recent interview with BollywoodLife, the television actress stated, "I am not participating in Naagin. These speculations have circulated since my exit from Bigg Boss 16. Therefore, I want to make it clear that I am not part of Naagin. Currently, I am focused on Dus June Ki Raat, and you will also see me in other upcoming projects."
