Production on the highly anticipated third season of Prime Video's original series The Family Man has commenced, the streaming service announced. Produced by the rebellious duo Raj & DK under their label D2R Films, the highly praised action thriller has captivated viewers worldwide since the end of Season 2, gaining an enormous fan base. The third season is already in the works. 

Manoj Bajpayee returns as Srikant Tiwari

Manoj Bajpayee will reprise the legendary character, Srikant Tiwari—a "middle-class guy and a world-class spy!" In the upcoming season, Srikant will deftly handle the pressures of family life and his intense efforts to repair his marriage, all while confronting the imminent danger to national security. With time running out and a dangerous enemy to outwit, he must act swiftly to safeguard his nation and its independence.

During an interaction with Mid Day, Manoj, while talking about The Family Man, declared that when one is back into it, remember that it's all new territory; they can't afford to squander it. They must follow a different procedure and actively participate in the planning process. Even though it's never linear, his preparation is vast.

Setting the scene in the North-East

Some have even begun to call The Family Man a cult, and fans would love to keep seeing it. If the reaction is overwhelming, then one should listen to the people and come up with a fantastic story for the next one. Never begin work on a new instalment without first completing the screenplay. The takeaway here is to not be in a hurry. The next part should only be considered when the makers are completely satisfied. He continued after having a superb script and going through it multiple times.

Manoj went on to say that the north-east will be the prime location for Season 3 of The Family Man. He informed Lallantop that their saga would resume just as it did last year. The actor promises fans that the upcoming season will blow the previous one out of the water.

Manoj also said that new conditions and new situations will emerge. Srikant Tiwari is currently in a stage of life where his children have grown up and he has aged somewhat, but the difficulties he faces persist.

Several original cast members will be back for the highly anticipated third season, which was written and directed by Raj & DK and co-written by Suman Kumar. These include Priyamani (Suchitra Tiwari), Ashlesha Thakur (Dhriti Tiwari), Sharib Hashmi (JK Talpade), and Vedant Sinha (Atharv Tiwari).
