Box Office Collection: The return of the times when all kinds of good films were flourishing, and audiences weren’t as skeptical as in the recent past, is making us feel hopeful for Indian cinema. In the past two years, we have seen so many surprise winners at the box office, and that indeed should make us all happy. The latest addition to that is Crew, which is managing to stay aboard with consistent collections and earning big money, dismissing all the talk about all-female casts not managing to bring audiences to the theaters.

The Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon-led film entered the walk towards Rs. 50 crores domestically and turns out it is now standing only a step away by the end of day 8. The film has seen over a one crore hike than what it collected on day 7, and it is a commendable jump because it will only find more mileage as we enter the weekend from here, and there is no competition for the film right now.

Crew Day 8 Box Office

It has been a week since the release of Crew, which opened to over Rs. 20 crore global box office collection. What was fascinating about that was that the domestic share in it was Rs. 9.25 crore and the rest was international, which means the movie is getting love from both sections. Now, it turns out that after showing a dip on the sixth and the seventh day of its release, it seems like the flight has elevated again because the movie has regained its normal collection on day eight.

As per Sacnilk, on the eighth day of release, Crew has earned Rs. 3.60 crores in the domestic market. To give you an idea of the elevation, the film minted Rs. 2 crore on day seven. However, this brings the total domestic collection to Rs. 47.35 crore. This means if the movie manages to stay on its Rs. 3 crore pace, it should cross the Rs. 50 crore milestone today itself.
