Aaro theatrical release – The Joju George-starrer cop drama will debut on big screen on THIS date

The makers of upcoming Malayalam film Aaro dropped a major update about its theatrical release. It has been confirmed that the cop drama will hit the big screen on May 9. Joju George and Anumol are playing lead roles in this movie. Debutante Kareem has directed the film.

The film promises to be an engrossing narrative with suspense, mystery, and outstanding performances from both the actors. If the film is released on the scheduled date, it will screen in theatres alongside Nivin Pauly’s Malayalee From India and Tovino Thomas’ Nadikar.

The recently released trailer for the movie features Joju George as a tough police officer determined to protect the city from criminal elements, while Anumol plays a local palmist entangled in an intricate network of scenarios and strangers. The portrayal of the determined police officer by Joju intensifies the plot and promising to give audience a gripping as well as action-packed theatre experience.

Cast and crew of Aaro

Kichu Tellus, Jayaraj Warrier, Sudheer Karamana, Sunil Sugadha, Nawas Kalabhavan, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Tosh Christy, Hareesh and Ajeesh John are among the supporting cast of this cop drama. The director, along with Rasheed Parackkal, have penned the screenplay for the film. Madhes Ram handled the camera work, while Noufal Abdullah is the editor. The soundtracks and original score for Aaro have been composed by Bijibal.

Vinod G Parat, V K Abdul Kareem, Bibin Joshua Baby and Zam Varghese Cherian have bankrolled this cop drama under the banners of V3 Productions and Anjali Entertainments. Reel Craft Studios is distributing this movie in theatres across the state.

Joju to play a big-headed cop

Last year, Joju George played a police officer in the films Pulimada and Iratta. He is well-known for his ability to play a variety of cop roles with ease. The audience praises his performances as SI Kunjippalu in Njan Marykutty and Head Constable Minimon in Action Hero Biju. He will play a pivotal role in Kamal Haasan’s Thug Life.
