Today is the day when the much-awaited Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff starrer has been released. The film has been released alongside the Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan.

Mammoth expecttaions from BMCM

Just before the release of the film Bade Miya Chote Miyan, expectations surrounding this film were indeed mammoth, thanks to the mega blitzkrieg publicity and also the presence of two superstars as the leading men.

Many theatres also saw fans of Akshay Kumar lighting up lamps in front of the film's posters in order to pray for the film's success. 

Meanwhile, on the other hand, there were many who were seemingly not at all satisfied with the end product that they just saw in the theatres. One netizen wrote, ‘First half suffers from poor script, dialogues, acting & editing. The action scenes are good but just too much to handle. Supporting cast is average. This is not mass & not even stylish’. Another one wrote, ‘The Biggest Disaster in the History of Indian Cinema #BadeMiyaChoteMiyan’.

As for the film Bade Miya Chote Miyan, besides Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, it also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, Sonakshi Sinha and Ronit Bose Roy in the leading roles. While the film has been produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Kishan Mehra, the film has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
