Sara stated, "I’ve experienced periods of detox juices, but I don’t adhere to a single method. I start my mornings with water, nuts, and a cup of black coffee because I prefer to exercise early. The coffee is indispensable. On different days, it varies based on my schedule and feelings. "

Sara Tendulkar faced challenges with acne and hair growth issues during her childhood due to PCOS, which significantly impacted her self-esteem. Nevertheless, with the assistance of her mother, Anjali Tendulkar, she finally discovered an effective approach.
Anjali Tendulkar mentioned, “I chose to treat it medically since nothing was helping. An ultrasound revealed multiple cysts in Sara’s ovaries, so we visited a nutritionist, but that left her feeling weak. When that didn’t provide any relief, we sought the advice of an endocrinologist who introduced her to intermittent fasting, weight training, and progressive overload, which ultimately proved beneficial. It was essential for her to balance her protein intake while shedding pounds and building muscle. In the end, her hormones stabilized, and she is now free from PCOS. ”
