With the film Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor's daughter Shanaya Kapoor is getting ready to make her Bollywood debut. But prior to making her debut on the big screen, she appeared with singer Guru Randhawa in a music video for the song "Vibe". However, her dancing abilities don't seem to be highly regarded online, as many people describe her performance as "stiff."

Guru and Shanaya's new music video, which depicts the couple having a great time at a casino before dancing together, was released on Friday. Gulshan Kumar and T-Series are the presenters of the song, which is performed by Guru Randhawa and French Montana. On the dance floor, Shanaya's lack of emotion and versatility saddened many fans, despite their admiration for Guru's singing and the upbeat music.

Reddit users shared their opinions about the song as soon as it appeared there. "Face is too stiff, so no expressions—just bland. I would rather watch a puppet for dance," one person said. The choreography was also criticized: "What even is that step? It looks like a workout." "Female Salman Khan is dancing," another quipped. “She’s so, so, so, so, so bad! Not a single expression!” read one of the remarks. "Please, girl, retire and quit!" One user even compared her to Guru, saying that Guru was dancing better. "Guru, as a singer, is, in my opinion, a better dancer," another observer said. "When you take the title 'Any Body Can Dance' so seriously," someone else joked.

Some people went so far as to defend her, saying, "I think it's just the choreography—the background dancers look stiff as well." "I think she looks beautiful," said another. "Well, she clearly can't dance, but the choreographer also didn't invent or create any good moves, so this looks poor from all angles," one user observed.

Concerning Shanaya Kapoor's first movie

With Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which also stars Vikrant Massey, Shanaya will enter Bollywood. The movie, which is directed by Santosh Singh and based on Ruskin Bond's short tale "The Eyes Have It," is billed as a musical drama. On July 11, it will be released in theaters.

In addition to Tu Yaa Main, which stars Adarsh Gourav and follows two social media influencers as they try to outrun a man-eating crocodile in a survival thriller, Shanaya is also working on a movie by Bejoy Nambiar. It will be released on Valentine's Day the following year, and Anand L. Rai is the producer.
