MasterChef India Telugu and Tamil - Watch contestants get introduced with new gritty challenges

The brand new regional show, MasterChef India Telugu Season 2 finally made its debut on January 22 on SonyLIV. Three months have passed, and contestants conquered some spectacular challenges already. The first season was aired with 28 episodes on Gemini TV in 2021. Actress Tamannaah Bhatia hosted the first sixteen episodes of Season 1. However, Season 2 brings back Chef Sanjay Thumma and Chef Chalapathi Rao and a new face, Chef Nikhita Umesh as the judges, to keep the culinary enthusiasts and aspiring chefs excited.
Expectations from MasterChef India Telugu Season 2
Several weeks have passed for MasterChef India Telugu Season 2 with a bang. New thrilling twists and challenges will begin from Week 3 on May 6. Today SonyLIV dropped some exciting sneak peeks from Week 3. We get to see contestants are introduced to their next challenge, which is called, Immunity Pin. The judges also introduce Chef Aashritha Daggubati as their special guest for Week 3. The 58-minute video is filled with exciting challenges and contestants fighting their level best to win the Immunity Pin.
In another sneak peek, we get to see the judges confronting the contestants that they have 75 minutes for their next challenge. Chef Nikhita Umesh points out that the pantry will be open for only 5 minutes. In the background stage, we get to see constants are quite tense with the 5-minute duration. In the caption, SonyLIV revealed that challenges will get tougher each week.
Expectations from MasterChef India Tamil Season 2
SonyLIV has also been airing MasterChef India Tamil Season 2 parallelly since April 22. It has Chef Koushik Shankar from Season 1, alongside Chef Rakesh Raghunathan and Chef Shreeya Adka as new judges. In the Tamil version’s sneak peek, we see contestant Pavithra’s knife skills. SonyLIV revealed that fans will also get to watch some exciting new challenges on May 6 from MasterChef India Tamil.
It's quite impressive to watch how the world-famous show, MasterChef, has been divided into so many versions now. MasterChef UK was the first show that aired from 1990 to 2001. Later again in 2005, it got revived. Then MasterChef Australia came in 2009 and is still continuing. After that, MasterChef India was launched the very next year in 2010, which is also continuing. Now, these regional versions of MasterChef in India have been making quite a lot of headlines since 2021.
