The question

This time the question was around a former Prime Minister of India. This comes in the time when the elections to choose the next PM takes place in the country.

Question 8: “Which of the Prime Ministers of India is the oldest when he assumed office for the first time?”

The options

No, the current PM Narendra Modi is not an option for the question, which means that there was an elder Prime Minister the country saw assuming office for the first time. Most of the options (three out of four) were from the time when India just became an independent nation in 1947.

The options are –

A - Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, B - Lal Bahadur Shastri, C - Dr. Manmohan Singh, or D - Morarji Desai.

There are two ways you can participate in the registration process. Either install the SonyLIV app and follow the link or send an SMS to the number provided by the makers of the show.

When will KBC 16 commence?

KBC 16 registrations began from Friday, April 26. There is still no confirmation on when will the quiz show commence but as always, it will air and stream at 9 pm everyday. There are reports that one of the two shows, Mehndi Wala Ghar, or Srimad Ramayan, will either air at a new time or go off-air to make way for Amitabh Bachchan-hosted KBC 16.
