The 25th edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA), which took place on March 8-9, was a spectacular event featuring numerous Bollywood celebrities. Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan served as the hosts for the evening. Recently, a video has emerged online showcasing Nora Fatehi humorously commenting on Kartik’s romantic history within the industry.

During a light-hearted exchange with the hosts, when Karan Johar offered Nora Fatehi first-class tickets to London, she inquired, “Am I going with you?” Karan clarified that he was referring to Kartik. The actor interjected, stating, “You don’t need to accompany either of us. We will provide you with a ticket, and you can travel with whomever you choose.”

Karan then suggested, “You could travel with EaseMyTrip if you reveal who you believe is the ideal match for Kartik. It could even be you.” In response, Nora asked, “Is there anyone in this industry you haven’t dated yet?” This question caused Kartik to blush, and he quickly reassured the audience that it was merely a question. Nevertheless, the audience erupted in cheers following Nora’s remark.

A user on Reddit posted a video that sparked a range of reactions among the community. Some users supported Kartik, while others believed Nora's reply was particularly apt. One comment stated, "She ate and left no crumbs," while another remarked, "Nora is funny lol." Additionally, a user commented, "Everyone’s ex for a reason!!" A fan also expressed, "Damn Nora (laughing emojis)."

Conversely, some individuals argued that the comment was not a roast but rather a compliment to Kartik. One user noted, "Not a roast. It's the biggest compliment to him to be perceived like this," while another added, "Oh, he'd be elated."

Regarding their upcoming projects

Kartik Aaryan is set to appear in Anurag Basu’s untitled musical alongside Sreeleela. Meanwhile, Nora Fatehi will star with Abhishek Bachchan in Remo D’Souza’s film Be Happy. This movie, which revolves around a single father striving to assist his daughter in winning a dance competition, is scheduled for release on Amazon Prime Video on March 14.
