There were recent news reports that claim that Akshay Kumar charged Rs. 160 crores to work in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The same report speculates that Tiger Shroff, at the same time, earned merely Rs. 40 crores for the same movie. We now hear something different than what was reported about the duo’s pay for the film.

The report claims that producer Vashu Bhagnani paid Rs. 160 crores to Akshay Kumar, while Tiger Shroff earned merely Rs. 40 crores in comparison, for the Ali Abbas Zafar. Now, Rahul Raut claims that there is no truth to the very report. He claims that official sources have confirmed that the claims are not true.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’s poor Box Office performance

Despite the expectations and huge day 1, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan tanked at the Box Office. The movie showed poor performance from the second dap and the collections only saw the downward graph. The movie is among the many failed films featuring Akshay Kumar in the recent past (since COVID-19).

Akshay spotted

Akshay Kumar was spotted outside a production house some time back. The actor was seen with a bandaged hand. There is still no confirmation on when and how did he injured his left arm.

Apart from that, Akshay is making headlines because his film Khel Khel Mein’s release date has been locked. The movie, directed by Mudassar Aziz, will release on September 6. It also stars Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles.

Akshay is working on a number of films. He has Sarfira, which is the Hindi remake of Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru. The actor will reprise his role of Sooryavanshi for Rohit Shetty’s much-awaited Cop Universe film, Singham Again. The movie will introduce Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff and bring Kareena Kapoor Khan back to the franchise. Akshay will also reprise his role of Raju for Hera Pheri 3. He is expected to be a part of Jolly LLB 3 as well.

The actor also has Sky Force opposite Veer Pahariya and Sara Ali Khan. He is a part of Ahmed Khan’s Welcome To The Jungle, which is basically Welcome 3. Apart from that, the actor will be seen in a few regional projects like Kannappa (Telugu) and Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat (Marathi).
