It has been widely reported that Bengali TV shows are suffering because of the election and IPL mania. The non-fiction shows are also being affected. Bengal got a joint topper in the fiction this week, but Didi No 1 found it troublesome to cross a score as low as 5. Sourav Ganguly’s Dadagiri could not touch 5 this week also.

Dadagiri 10 is nearing its finale. While it is not yet confirmed when the show ends, the sources said that the last episode has already been recorded. The shooting of SaReGaMaPa Legends is going on in full swing. But Dadagiri’s TRP result is not at all good. The show got only 4.2 this week. Didi Number 1 tops the list with 5.4. Rachana Banerjee is busy campaigning in the election and is shooting amidst these. Her comments about cow milk and smoke are viral, but they did not affect her show.

There have been no reality shows on Star Jalsha for a long time. Hence the fight is between Dada and Didi. Sourav serves as the director of Delhi Capitals in the IPL. He has to spend a lot of time there. He shot two Dadagiri episodes in Delhi. But the show conceded defeat to the Jalsa Fiction show.

SaReGaMaPa Legends will start soon on Zee Bangla and the audition is going on. Abir Chatterjee will be the host this time also, but the judges are not yet finalized. The show will start after Dadagiri 10 ends. But there is no competition here. The show will assemble the contestants of SaReGaMaPa. On the other hand, Star Jalsa keeps faith in the fiction shows and has no plan to start any non-fiction.
