Veteran actress Helen has shown that age is merely a figure. At the age of 85, the performer has impressed audiences with a new video demonstrating her excellent pilates technique. Fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala, who trains Helen, posted the video, and social media users are praising Helen.

Yasmin Karachiwala posted a video compilation of Helen training under her on Instagram on Thursday. "Helen Khan is 85 years old and still doing things that most people wouldn't even attempt! It includes trampoline jumps, dancing on Monica, and stair climbing without a cane. She is simply unstoppable, Oh My Darling. She captioned the piece, "Living evidence that Pilates keeps you young."

In the video, Helen enters the gym alone, leaps on the trampoline, stretches, and does much more. She even performs a little dance to her hit song, Monica Oh My Darling, at the conclusion of the video.

Helen's physical condition at 85 astounded both fans and celebrities. "This is the Cutest video ever!!!!!!" said actress Sophie Choudhry. Helen aunty, we adore you; you are a role model for all of us! Bipasha Basu referred to her as the "cutest inspiration." One piece of advice to today's Bollywood actresses was to learn from her. The individual sang, "Fitter than all of you."

At the age of sixteen, Helen began her career in Hindi film as a dancer. She made a name for herself as a dancer and supporting actress during the 1960s and 1970s with films like Gumnaam, Teesri Manzil, Khel Khel Mein, and Don. Helen has occasionally made a comeback to the big screen with supporting roles in films like Khamoshi, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, and Mohabbatein, even though she officially quit movies in 1983. Helen is married to Salim Khan, a screenwriter.
