Cucumber Moong Dal Kochumber | 15 minutes | Anybody Can Cook!

What can be better than a bowl of healthy salad? Here it is yet another tasty salad recipe which combines the protein power from moong dal and the vitamins from cucumber.This salad is best consumed either in the Morning as breakfast orat snack time.

Cooking time:15 minutes!


50 gm Cucumber (finely chopped)

50 gm Carrot(finely chopped)

20 gm Grated Coconut

1 tsp Green Chilli(finely chopped)

30 gm split Urad Dal (soaked)

Salt – to taste

3 pods Garlic(finely crushed)

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Coriander Leaves(finely chopped)

Step By Step:

  1. Take cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Add carrot, grated coconut, split urad dal, green chilli, lemon juice and some salt.
  3. Mix them thoroughly.
  4. You are ready to serve your bowl of nutritious salad!
