Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated 23rd edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit. Speaking on the occasion, PM Modi said, “Our government has successfully created a market for digital and tech solutions. It has made technology a key part of all schemes. Our governance model is ‘Technology First’.”
He further said, “A great culture of hackathons have started in India over the years. Now, we are in the middle of information era. In this, first mover doesn’t matter but best mover does.”
