Mushroom Soup | 30 Minutes | Anybody Can Cook!

Mushrooms are rich in the B vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. They help protect heart health. Riboflavin is good for red blood cells. Niacin is good for the digestive system and for maintaining healthy skin.

Cooking time:30minutes!

Ingredients:

500 gm Mushroom
50 gm Unsalted Butter
5 Garlic Cloves Thinly Sliced
2 Onion
Salt
Pepper
Water

Step By Step:

  1. Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute them
  2. Add mushrooms and saute
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix well
  4. Once the mushrooms are cooked add water and mix well
  5. Cook for 10 mins
  6. Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste
  7. Transfer the blended mushrooms to the kadai
  8. Add water and mix well
  9. Bring the soup to a boil
  10. The Mushroom soup is ready to be served now
